Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003: New Alfa Laval Brazed Heat Exchanger Models

Alfa Laval's brazed heat exchangers.
CHICAGO — Alfa Laval has added four new brazed heat exchanger models to its product line. The four models, which are part of the AlfaChill Series, include three single-circuit brazed heat exchangers, the AC10, AC20, and AC50, and one dual-circuited unit, the AC80.

The compact, lightweight units offer low hold-up volume and cooling capacity ranging from 0.3 to 23 tons refrigeration, says the company. The models complete the product range with units in half-ton increments up to 5 tons and in traditional nominal sizes from 5 tons to 200 tons.

The new brazed heat exchangers can be used for refrigeration duties, the company says. All models are available with CE or UL approval.
