LAS VEGAS - Rosenberg is enhancing its line of sickle-blade axial fans by offering winglet tips on impeller blades from 22 inches (560mm) up to 31.5 inches (800mm) in diameter. The company says the winglets significantly reduce noise and improve fan performance by decreasing turbulence at the wing tips. This improves fluid dynamics and increases fan output.

The new fans are said to be ideal for many HVAC applications, including condensers, heaters, evaporators, heat pumps, and air-cooled water chillers.
