The UB95M-200 condensing boiler has an efficiency rating of 95 percent AFUE. The boilers, available for use with natural gas or propane gas, have a modulating capacity from 80 to 200 MBtuh. A primary/secondary dedicated piping arrangement is not required; one circulator can service the boiler and all zones. No field assembly is necessary for the integral condensate trap. The factory-installed, probe-type LWCO accurately senses water level to help prevent dry firing. Options include a concentric vent kit, an accessory that allows for PC diagnostic interface (GCI-1002), and an accessory for use to interface with multiple boiler control systems (HAM kit). The unit qualifies for a federal government tax credit.
