GOUDA, Netherlands - Uniqema acquired the Icematicâ„¢ series of Castrol refrigeration lubricants from BP. The terms of the sale include a transfer of the Icematic brand to Uniqema as well as product formulations and related intellectual property. Following all regulatory approvals, Castrol has now transferred its range of polyol esters, alkyl benzene products, and blends used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to Uniqema.
