Scheduled to open in 2009, Trump Tower will take up 2.6 million gross square feet and stand 1,362 feet tall, with 90 stories. It will be the second tallest building in Chicago and one of the five tallest in the nation. The building's design plans call for 472 super-luxury condominiums, 286 five-star luxury hotel condominium guest rooms, as well as retail, parking, health club, and spa space. As for the building's sheet metal HVAC ductwork, it will be lined on the interior with CertainTeed's ToughGard2 and wrapped with SoftTouch premium duct wrap insulation.
