TLC Named One of New Mexico's Best Places to Work

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - TLC Plumbing and Utility was awarded one of the Best Places to Work in New Mexico by the New Mexico Business Weekly. TLC ranked No. 2 in the large business category for the state of New Mexico.

Brain Baughman, sales manager, said, “TLC is the best place to work because of the constant focus to have that mom and pop shop feel, while continuing to grow and be one of the largest contractors in the state.”

Company perks include: competitive compensation, sponsored health insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, profit sharing, paid vacation, company vehicles, an on-site gym, and education and training for health, wellness, life skills, trade skills, and a college reimbursement program. The company also has potlucks, a Christmas party, a family picnic every summer, and quarterly meetings where every employee receives a gift and breakfast.

In 20 years, Dale Armstrong, founder and president, has grown TLC into one of the leading full service plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain cleaning contractors in the area.
