To operate, the user presses the front panel buttons to set the alarm point, and the unit does the rest. While displaying the real-time temperature, the audible and visual alarms will activate when the temperature rises above or falls below the set point. To minimize false alarms, the user can utilize the delay-no delay switch. The TA22 has integral relay contacts for a remote alarm or optional automatic dialer.
