HVAC Solution Steam Program version 3.2 is a visual tool created for designing and modeling HVAC steam systems using intelligent objects. This Windows®-based drag-and-drop program supports compiling of equipment schedules based on the company's catalog. Each component in the program communicates information, such as pressures, flow rates, and temperatures, to other components as connections are made. All objects have HVAC calculations tagged to them. The software automatically performs many engineering calculations and design tasks including head loss and static pressure calculations, pipe and duct sizing, data recalculation, component insertion, full psychrometric calculations, and equipment-type changes on the fly.
