CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. - SoleusAir and Gree Electronic Appliances Inc., Zhuhai, China, have formed a joint venture to create Gree USA, which will manufacture and sell HVAC products direct to wholesalers. The company will manufacture its own brand lines and OEM private labels. The partnership gives Gree a presence in the U.S. market. Gree USA will be headquartered in City of Industry, home of SoleusAir, and will retain a presence in Cincinnati and New York.
