Small Illinois Shop Owner Credits Distributor And Right-Hand Man For Success
Gatschenberger has been in the HVAC business for 25 years and has owned his business for seven years. He primarily sells Comfortmaker products in his residential service and replacement shop. He said that he gets excellent service from his distributor, Rogers Supply, comparing them to a sixth man on a basketball team.
“They are the guy that comes off the bench and really makes it happen for me,” he said. “That’s important to a small company.”
Gatschenberger added that another big reason for his success is his right-hand man, Scott Goldsby, who has been in the HVAC business for 35 years.
“He is excellent,” Gatschenberger added. “I think our company is successful because we are both experienced and knowledgeable. It makes a difference when you have a good right-hand man.”
