LYNCHBURG, Va. - N.B. Handy Co., a leading distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies and commercial roofing products, celebrated the opening of its newest branch in Boca Raton, Fla., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house. Boca Raton Mayor Steven L. Abrams was on hand for the ceremony, in addition to N.B. Handy President and CEO Mitch Reaves and Boca Raton Branch Manager Palmer Young.

“Our new branch allows us to quickly and efficiently meet our customers’ needs, as well as extend our reach throughout the region,” Young said. “We are excited to be in Boca Raton as N.B. Handy’s south Florida representative.”

During the open house, guests had an opportunity to tour the 52,000-square-foot sales and distribution center, as well as meet N.B. Handy staff.

“N.B. Handy has served the HVAC, roofing, and sheet metal industries for more than a century,” Reaves said. “Our branch in Florida offers local contractors access to the knowledge and experience developed by our sales and operations personnel over the last 116 years.”

The branch, located at 160 Yamato Road, offers a complete line of HVAC products, including Kelvinator and Gibson equipment brands, as well as Johns Manville single ply roofing products and its own Sentriclad architectural metal products.
