Sept. 20, 2005: Hart & Cooley Announces Contest For Distributors, Contractors

HOLLAND, Mich. - Hart & Cooley is implementing a promotional contest called the FIVECITY Getaway Sweepstakes, which is open to participating authorized distributors and licensed contractors throughout the United States. The sweepstakes will run from Oct. 3, 2005 through Dec. 31, 2005.

To be eligible to win prizes, authorized distributors must sign up to participate in the sweepstakes. For every $500 in gas vent or chimney system products a licensed contractor spends at the distributorship, both the distributor and contractor will receive one entry each into the sweepstakes drawing. Ten grand prize winners will be awarded a trip for two valued at $2,500 to Chicago, Las Vegas, New Orleans, San Diego, or San Francisco - the choice is up to the individual grand prize winner. Five authorized distributors will win a trip, and five licensed contractors will win a trip. In addition to the grand prizes, 12 first-place and 24 second-place prizes will be awarded to contractors in the form of $500 and $250 prepaid debit cards, respectively, that can be used at thousands of retailers.

The sweepstakes promotion is intended to meet several objectives, which include increasing contractor traffic at the distributorship, and educating and familiarizing contractors with Hart & Cooley gas vent and chimney systems. No purchase is necessary; an alternate means of entry is available.

Owned by Tomkins plc, Hart & Cooley is a leading manufacturer of air distribution and vent products for forced-air heating and air conditioning systems. Major products include grilles, registers and diffusers, flexible duct, gas vent and chimney systems, and duct system components. For more information, visit www.hartandcooley.com.
