Reorganization Creates Titles

RACINE, Wis. - Modine Manufacturing Co. formed a Commercial Products Group that will combine the company's Electronics Cooling and Commercial Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration divisions on a global basis.

"We have the expertise and supporting products to provide cooling solutions from the chip level to the building level, utilizing an integrated solution that will provide significant energy savings and other efficiencies for our customers. We can now provide a full complement of products," said Thomas G. Cromwell, general manager of the Electronics Cooling Division.

The company also announced a number of title changes associated with its new global product focus, designed to better serve the needs of its customers and further enhance the company's ability to bring its technology solutions to global markets. This change, effective Nov. 1, 2006, relates to Powertrain Cooling Products, Engine Products, Passenger Thermal Management Products, Commercial Products, and Fuel Cell Products divisions.

Tom Marry will assume the title and responsibilities of managing director, Powertrain Cooling Products Group. Paul Byrne assumes the title and responsibilities of managing director, Engine Products Group. Cromwell will be the managing director, Commercial Products Group. Johannes Kuron will assume the title and responsibilities of regional operations director for the European Region.

Jerry Worthington will be promoted to regional operations director for the Americas Region. Rick Behrend will assume the title and responsibilities of regional sales director for the Americas Region, and Mathias Bohnhorst will assume the title and responsibilities of regional sales director for the European Region.
