Raypak Inc.: Commercial Condensing Boiler

The XFyre modulating, condensing boiler is available in sizes from 300 to 850 MBtu. The boiler achieves 94 percent thermal efficiency at full fire, up to 99 percent part load. A direct spark ignition system combined with zero governor fuel-air matching allows smooth soft start and modulation with 5:1 turndown capability. Features include digital operating controls including 0-10 vdc inputs from a building management system, an easily read LCD status display, full diagnostics, and fault memory. According to the manufacturer, the boiler meets low-NOx requirements for any jurisdiction. It is certified for PVC, CPVC, and SS venting; the indoor combustible clearance requirement is zero, except for the access area.
