When U.S. customers have their currently supported Quest instruments calibrated by the company’s accredited laboratory in the United States each year, the company will extend the original manufacturer’s warranty for an additional one year.
“This leads to a warranty on a Quest instrument that essentially lasts forever so long as the instrument is returned to Quest each year for its periodic calibration check and components are available for any needed repairs,” said the company.
