Q & A Web site gives consumers expert advice

SEATTLE, WA — Hardware.com, an Internet site for home improvement solutions, announced a strategic partnership with XpertSite.com’s AskMe Network®, a free, person-to-person question-and-answer service.

This partnership provides hardware.com customers access to industry experts, offering advice in more than 12 categories specific to home improvement needs. Customers can ask hvacr experts questions 24 hrs a day and will have access to a large, free market of industry information.

The company said many do-it-yourselfers work into the night and need to turn to trusted resources regardless of the time of day. By uniting with XpertSite.com, hardware.com provides consumers with expert advice without having to leave their jobsite to visit a traditional “brick-and-mortar” store.
