Price Increases for the Week: October 22, 2001

  • Carrier Corp. (Syracuse, NY) has announced price increases of up to 5% on selected residential and light commer-cial heating and cooling equipment, and on packaged unitary, chiller, and airside equipment. The price increases are applicable to the Carrier, Bryant, and Payne brands and will be effective January 1, 2002.
  • Baltimore Aircoil (Baltimore, MD) has announced a 2% price increase in the United States and a 5% price increase in Canada, effective immediately, on all cooling towers, closed-circuit cooling towers, evaporative condensers, ice thermal storage products, and auxiliary product lines and accessories.
