  • Dale G. Barnhart has been promoted to president of Invensys Climate Controls (Columbus, OH). Barnhart is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing operations in North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
  • The board of directors of Modine Manufacturing Co. (Racine, WI) has elected James R. Rulseh an officer of the company and group vice president, with overall responsibility for the Automotive Division, the Aftermarket Division, the Commercial HVAC&R Division, and the Fuel Cell Products Group.
  • Prof. Joachim Luther, director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg, Germany, has been newly appointed to the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU), for the next term of four years. The WBGU is an advisory board to the German government.
  • Baltic International USA, Inc. (Houston,TX) has hired Tom Taylor as the new president for its refrigerant reclamation company, Advanced Reclamation Company.
  • Burnham Corp.(Lancaster, PA) promoted Eric Stasiowski to advertising manager and Ruth Ann Boydon to literature and promotions administrator, and hired Todd Kreider.
  • Michael A "Mike" Phillippi joined the marketing team of Dormont Manufacturing Co. (Export, PA) as the marketing director of residential & retail markets.
