  • Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, MA), a software provider to the restructuring global energy markets, named William Mahoney as the company's new president and chief executive officer.
  • Phillip Miller has been appointed as president of Melcor Corporation (Trenton, NJ), the thermal technology products division of Fedders Corporation.
  • Thomas Wickham retired as chief boiler and pressure vessel inspector for the state of Rhode Island and vacated his position as member at large on the board of trustees for the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NIBB). Malcolm J. Wheel, assistant fire marshal and chief boiler inspector for the state of Vermont, has been elected by the board to fill the reminder of Wickham's term as member at large, which expires in May 2002, subject to confirmation by the membership.
