A new line of refrigeration and air conditioning solenoid valves meets higher pressure ratings of up to 450 psi required by green refrigerants, as well as application demands from fractional tonnage to 1-1/4-inch orifice sizes, states the manufacturer. The valves have a manual bypass design with positive-locking feature that is operated with a single 90-degree or 180-degree stem turn. According to the manufacturer, improved molded coils allow enhanced, watertight performance in any environment.
