Nordyne Forms Nordyne International

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Nordyne has completed the acquisition of International Marketing Supply Inc. (IMS), a Miami-based international HVAC products sales organization. The business will be operated through a newly formed Nordyne subsidiary named Nordyne International Inc., and will focus on expanding Nordyne's international presence and provide growth opportunities in the worldwide market.

Hector Henriette, president of International Marketing Supply, will continue as president of Nordyne International. Henriette has more than 24 years of international HVAC experience and has been selling Nordyne products internationally since 1990.

"That the worldwide market for heating and cooling products is growing at a rapid pace and Nordyne, with the acquisition of the IMS business and Mr. Henriette's international experience, is well positioned to deliver an expanded offering of high quality products and services throughout the world," Nordyne president and chief executive officer Dave LaGrand stated.
