BOSTON and GROTON, MA — NEBS, a manager of products, services, and solutions for small businesses, has entered into a content-sharing agreement with inc.com, a provider of Internet management resources and tools for small businesses.

The Learning Center, a compre-hensive collection of informative articles and helpful business tips, designed specifically for the small- business owner and manager, will include four inc.com articles, and address a variety of small-business issues including office management, using the Web and e-mail for e-commerce, managing employees, marketing, and sales.
