CHARLOTTE, N.C. - MTB Mechanical Inc., an HVAC service company serving the Charlotte area, announced that it has opened a new plumbing division and has also expanded its office hours to include nights and weekends to better serve its customer base.

MTB has always offered 24 hour emergency service, but the company extended its office hours so that customers could talk with an MTB Mechanical employee rather than an answering service.

“We are always looking for ways improve our customers’ experience,” said MTB’s Christy Gloyd. “By ensuring that we are available nights and weekends, our customers can rest easy. If anything happens with their heating, air conditioning, or plumbing at any time of the day or night, they can call and talk with a professional about the issues they are experiencing rather than an operator at a call center.”
