The company offers epoxy seal moisture protection for thermo-electric coolers. This low-density, syntaxic foam epoxy resin provides excellent electronic encapsulation and moisture protection, says the company. When cured, the material is unicellular, resulting in negligible moisture absorption and exhibiting a low dielectric constant, low coefficient of thermal expansion, low cure shrinkage, and reduced thermal conductance, the company says. Coolers with this form of sealing have a usable temperature range of -40° to 130°C.
