May 12, 2005: Riffice Joins Women In HVACR Board

OAK LAWN, Ill. - Karen M. Riffice, of Soderlund Brothers Inc., headquartered here, has been appointed to the board of Women in HVACR, an organization dedicated to education, mentoring, and fellowship for women in the HVACR industry.

Riffice has been employed at Soderlund Brothers for 20 years, attaining her current position as CFO after working in various positions within the company while attending college. She serves on the Mechanical Contractors Association of America's (MCAA's) Advanced Leadership Institute (ALI) Committee and is a 2003 ALI graduate. She also serves on the MCA of Chicago's board and participates in several of its committees.
