FALLS CHURCH, Va. - This year more than $100,000 in scholarships will be awarded through the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) Educational Foundation. These scholarships are made possible by sponsors including American Standard, A.O. Smith Water Heaters, Bradford White Corp., Delta Faucet Co., PHCC Educational Foundation Scholarship Fund, and PHCC past national officers.

The scholarships are designed to provide educational opportunities to deserving students pursing a major directly related to the plumbing-heating-cooling industry. Scholarships are available to students enrolled in a PHCC-approved plumbing or HVACR apprentice program; a full-time certificate or degree program at an accredited two-year community college, technical college, or trade school; or a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited four-year college or university.

Application deadlines are June 1, 2007. Applicants may apply for multiple scholarships but can be awarded only one.

For complete eligibility requirements and application forms, visit www.foundation.phccweb.org/scholarships. For assistance, contact the foundation staff at 800-533-7694 or by e-mail at scholarships@naphcc.org.
