March 13, 2008: Recruiting 101 Boot Camp Scheduled for October

DALLAS - Mike Mayberry, president and founder of HVAC Agent, Plumbing Agent, and Electrical Agent, is hosting an all-day Recruiting 101 Boot Camp 2008, exclusively for the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades in the Dallas area, on Oct. 10, 2008.

The training session provides “a straightforward common-sense approach that contractors can immediately integrate into their recruiting strategies.”

According to Mayberry, this is a must attend event for owners and managers.

“Let’s face it, no matter how good you are at marketing your company to consumers, recruiting qualified technicians, installers, plumbers, electricians, salespeople, etc., is the single biggest hurdle standing in your way of reaching your financial goals,” he stated. “Without good people, you simply cannot grow your business.”
