  • Nortek, Inc. (Providence, RI), has acquired the business and assets of Senior Air Systems (SAS) from a wholly owned subsidiary of Senior Plc. SAS, a Stoke-on-Trent, England company that manufacturers and sells air conditioning equipment, will become part of Eaton-Williams Group Limited, a UK-based Nortek operating company.
  • Jackson Systems, LLC (Indianapolis, IN), has announced the completion of its expanded facility. The additional space will be used for research, development, and increased inventory of the company’s line of zone control products.
