Cooper-Atkins (Middlefield, CT) has purchased KTG Inc. (Cincinnati, OH), a developer of wireless systems for hot and cold temperature monitoring. KTG products will be marketed under the Atkins brand name.
NUHEAT (Vancouver, BC, Canada), a manufacturer of radiant floor heating, will set up U.S. offices to serve the Midwest, Northeast, and Pacific Northwest, as well as California, Arizona, Nevada, Montana, and the Dakotas.

EASCO Boiler Corporation (Bronx, NY) has announced that, through a partnership with a company that has the ability to perform onsite postweld heat treatment, the company can now produce high-pressure boilers on the jobsite.
