  • The Milton Roy Co. (Ivyland, Pa.) has completed the acquisition of Haskel International Inc. (Burbank, Calif.).

  • Baltimore Aircoil Co. (Baltimore) has been recognized as a "Maryland Employer of Distinction" for 2004 by the Society of Human Resource Management for the state of Maryland.

  • Highside Chemicals Inc. (Gulfport, Miss.) received the Export Achievement Certificate from the United States Department of Commerce for recent accomplishments in the global marketplace.
