  • Johns Manville (Denver) appointed Michael Rozenzweig as senior vice president of corporate development and general counsel.

  • A.O. Smith Corp.'s (Milwaukee) Albert Medice, vice president-Europe, will retire the end of this year.

  • Master-Bilt (New Albany, Miss.) appointed Kevin Wilson vice president of operations.
