  • Mueller Industries, Inc. (Memphis, TN) announces earnings for fiscal 2000 were $2.43 per diluted share, compared to $2.51 for 1999. Net income for the year was $92.7 million, compared with $99.3 million for 1999.

  • The board of directors of Manitowoc Company, Inc. (Manitowoc, WI) declares that the company’s regular quarterly common stock dividend will be 7.5 cents per share, payable March 8, 2001, to shareholders of record on March 1.
  • Johns Manville Corporation (Denver, CO) announces that Michael Kane has been appointed senior vice president for the Insulation Group, effective March 1, 2001.

  • Greenheck (Schofield, WI) announces that it has made its QD Online Program more convenient, to include more flexibility and new ordering options.

  • Honeywell (Minneapolis, MN) announces that it has purchased key assets of Tridelta Industries (Cleveland, OH), a manufacturer of controls for various hvacr and cooking appliances.

  • From Feb. 1 through June 30, 2001, members of the A.O. Smith (Irving, TX) Professional Contractors Association (PCA) can participate in the company’s Tailored Rewards Program by redeeming points for a wide range of work or casual attire, including personalized jackets, shirts, and caps.

  • Teletrol Systems (Manchester, NH) announces it has been named a Microsoft Certified Partner, an enhancement to Microsoft’s (Seattle, WA) existing Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (MCSP) Program. Teletrol says it will offer additional resources using Microsoft technology.
