  • BBJ Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Tampa, FL) has been chosen by Young Supply as its vendor for indoor air quality (IAQ) products for its chain of 14 hvacr wholesale distribution stores, which serve Ohio and Michigan.
  • Marathon Electric’s (Wausau, WI) microMAX™ ac inverter duty motors have won the 2001 “Product of the Year” award from Plant Engineering magazine. For more information on the product, go to (website).
  • WaterFurnace International’s (Fort Wayne, IN) schedule to convert its commercial and residential lines of geothermal heat pumps to R-410A started in May 2001. Beginning in May 2002, the company will introduce R-410A versions of its Premier products. Other products will be converted throughout the year, with the entire line scheduled to be converted by 2006.
  • A.O. Smith Water Products Company (Irving, TX) has signed on as the primary sponsor for Team Pedal Power, an all-female bicycle racing team based in Wisconsin. The A.O. Smith logo is featured across the front and back of the women’s jerseys as the group’s official name.
