The Weather Guard® diamond tread aluminum truck box line includes 38 models. The boxes are available either with a clear or black Armor-Tuf powder-coat finish to maintain a new appearance for years, says the company. The boxes have a lock that retracts when locked, for added tamper resistance, and an internal torque ring, which eliminates many common keyhole break-ins, states the manufacturer. The covers on these boxes now open 90 degrees for loading and unloading of tools. A steel tray provides space for smaller tools and accessories. Five styles are offered: saddle, cross, side, and pork chop boxes and all-purpose chests. Rubber box liners are available to help prevent tools and supplies from sliding around inside the boxes, states the manufacturer.
