Aegis Energy Services Inc., a leading provider of cogeneration technology, has announced a strategic alliance with Yanmar, a Japanese diesel and natural gas engine manufacturer and cogeneration provider. The Aegis and Yanmar relationship is expected to broaden the reach of combined heat and power (CHP) systems.

Tecogen® Inc., a provider of combined heat and power (CHP) systems, announced two additional project wins from National Mechanical Services. The two new projects bring the total relationship value with the contractor to more than $1.5 million.

Mohegan Sun Pocono will install a combined heat and power (CHP) system which will provide a reliable, energy-efficient source for heating and electric power and reduce the facility’s primary energy consumption. Installation of the system by UGI HVAC Enterprises is anticipated to begin in March and be operational by fall 2016.

Tecogen® Inc. has announced the sale of multiple replacement TECOCHILL® natural gas-powered chillers to longtime customer Newport East. Worth over half a million dollars, the new contract includes replacement of the original units along with a renewed long-term service agreement for complete ongoing equipment maintenance.
