The keynote speakers for the IAQ 2016 Defining Indoor Air Quality: Policy, Standards and Best Practices Conference have been announced. The conference, co-organized by ASHRAE and the Air Infiltration and Ventilation Centre (AIVC), takes place Sept. 12-14, 2016, in Alexandria, Virginia.

ASHRAE has announced revisions to the majority of chapters, including major updates related to thermal storage and district heating and cooling, in its newly published 2016 ASHRAE Handbook – HVAC Systems and Equipment.

ASHRAE announced that papers are being sought for a conference focused on energy and IAQ in humid and arid hot climates. The Second International Conference on Energy and Indoor Environment for Hot Climates takes place Feb. 26-27, 2017, in Doha, Qatar.
