July 20, 2007: Data-Basics to Hold Annual User's Group Meeting in September

CLEVELAND - Data-Basics, a leading provider of facilities and service management software, announced that its annual User's Group Meeting will take place from Sept. 9-11 in Cleveland. This year's event is open to all companies that use, or have interest in upgrading to, SAM Pro Enterprise.

As in previous years, the seminar will focus on fully leveraging features and implementing best practices when using SAM Pro Enterprise. This includes utilizing SAM Pro Enterprise's Escalation Manager technology to track and minimize potential problems, maximizing software tools to simplify daily tasks, and implementing wireless technician devices to reduce back office overhead.

"Every year this gathering proves to be beneficial - not only to our users but to us as well," said Arthur Divell, CEO, Data-Basics. "It's three days of information and collaboration with one goal: maximizing the return on investment that each company has made in SAM Pro Enterprise."

The seminar will feature multiple sessions aimed at the needs of each smaller group. In addition to training scenarios, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with a range of users in industries that include service and construction, equipment sales and service, and facilities maintenance management. Companies will also be able to network with one another, providing opportunities to exchange ideas and build partnerships.

Interested users can register and obtain additional information at www.databasics.com or by calling 800-837-7574.
