Designed as a unit with self-contained controls, the dehumidifier can be converted to a dehumidistat control-mounted unit. The dehumidifier removes 130 pints of moisture in 24 hours at 80°F/60 percent relative humidity. It has a 115-V 60-Hz, single-phase, 15-A dedicated circuit; weighs 150 pounds; and measures 19 inches high, 25 inches wide, and 30 inches long. The cabinet is lined with 1-inch thick, high-density, expanded polyethylene insulation that absorbs and reflects sound. In addition, the compressor is mounted on rubber isolators to prevent vibration. The permanent nylon mesh filter captures particulates and airborne dirt to improve IAQ.
