Siemens Building Technologies Inc. has entered into a $2.7 million Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) with Fort Drum in Watertown, N.Y. Siemens will help the army base achieve this goal through upgrades to lighting and building automation systems, variable-frequency drives, kitchen equipment, and traffic signals.
