Feb. 9, 2012: NH Yates Merges With Allison Sales and Marketing

COCKEYSVILLE, Md. — NH Yates and Co., a leading manufacturer’s representative serving the HVAC and plumbing markets with headquarters in Cockeysville, Md., and offices in Richmond, Va., and Pottstown, Pa., has announced that it is merging with Allison Sales and Marketing Inc., Kernersville, N.C.

According to NH Yates, the merger enhances its representation in North and South Carolina by not only incorporating the Allison Sales and Marketing professional staff, but also providing a 10,000-square-foot warehouse.

NH Yates will conduct business from Allison’s current location at 631 Graves Street, Kernersville, NC 27284.
