Excellence Alliance Announces New Vice President

OKLAHOMA CITY - Excellence Alliance Inc. (EAI) announced that Laurence Schraff has been named its new vice president of sales and marketing.

Schraff has spent the last 10 years at ClimateMaster Inc., most recently as a regional manager for Commercial, Residential, and OEM programs for the Central and Southern Regions. His commercial territory included eight states and Latin America, and his residential territory included 16 states.

He was responsible for implementing all aspects of ClimateMaster's sales program, including pricing strategies and promotional programs. Schraff provided assistance within the sales chain to design and implement business plans to grow the water-source heat pump market, and assisted contractor efforts for successful bids on plan and specification or design-build projects.

Prior to joining ClimateMaster, he was a captain in the United States Air Force and was officer in charge for Tactics Plans Development and Integration, 552nd Air Control Wing, Tinker Air Force Base. Currently, he serves in the Oklahoma Air National Guard as a lieutenant colonel for the 137th Military Support Flight (MSF), 137th Airlift Wing, stationed at the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base.

According to EAI, Schraff will be "instrumental in the design and implementation of EAI's marketing plan to continue our strong record of adding new members. He will also help us in shaping the strategic direction of the alliance and guide us in new programs and initiatives that will help our members to be more successful."
