Everlite Hybrid Industries: HVAC Unit Energy Backup System

The fully automated indoor energy backup system and power source couples with any HVAC unit or boiler or as a stand-alone unit to provide an instant and continual supply of energy should power fail. So long as fuel is being supplied, such as natural gas, liquid propane, or oil, the backup system converts the fuel to electricity and the unit can run indefinitely. The unit generates up to 225kW of electricity and discharges through the same PVC venting as a furnace. For residential and commercial applications, including hard-to-fit condominiums and townhouses, which generally don’t permit conventional generators, the unit is free from exposure to degrading weather elements and is virtually maintenance-free.
