Now available is a brochure on the ProTeus III CMMS, version 9.0. This version of the software provides a solution for maintenance operations, including preventive and demand maintenance work orders, asset tracking, repair parts inventory management, and an extensive list of reports for management review. The brochure covers the software’s ability to support interfaces to a variety of building automation systems (BAS). These interfaces allow automatic activation of work orders based on real-time control parameters, such as alarms, alerts, and equipment run times.
