FLINT, Mich. - Dee Cramer, a leading HVAC contractor located here, recently announced the promotion of Jaime Loncarevic to the new position of operations manager-service. She will be responsible for the management and administrative aspects of the Service Department. Loncarevic graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint in May 2002 and joined Dee Cramer in June of that year as a service billing coordinator.

"Since that time, Jaime has consistently proven herself as a hardworking individual with a willingness to accept additional responsibility and a dedication to continuous improvement of herself and those around her," said Rich Cramer. "This new position will enable us to further leverage Jaime's initiative, integrity, and decision-making ability to help us achieve our department and corporate goals."

Cramer also credits Jeff Wilmink of Excellence Commitment for changing his company's service division around, enabling people like Loncarevic to achieve her goals.
