ST. LOUIS - Nordyne and WinWholesale today announced the introduction of the NuTone Heating and Cooling Products line to the HVAC marketplace. NuTone Heating and Cooling Products will be available through Noland Co. branches and participating WinAir distributors. Noland Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of WinWholesale.

“This partnership is very exciting for WinWholesale and Noland because it provides high quality HVAC equipment to customers from a leading manufacturer and a leading wholesale distributor,” said Rick Schwartz, president and CEO of WinWholesale.

Noland will no longer carry its current line of HVAC products and will immediately offer NuTone products. Noland plans to hold a company-wide meeting in early 2008 to roll out the complete product strategy. Regional rollouts for Noland are already in place for December.

Additionally, Noland will also carry Nordyne-made Gibson heating and cooling products for new construction markets, and Mammoth products for light commercial customers.

“We are thrilled about this partnership. We share common goals such as creating profitable growth opportunities, and supporting independent distribution. Having parallel strategies really makes this a win-win situation,” said Doug Jones, vice president, marketing & sales, Nordyne.

The NuTone product line will include a full line of energy efficient products, including the award-winning iQ Drive air conditioning system. NuTone products come with a limited 10 year warranty, and 10 year quality pledge. The NuTone Quality Pledge states that if a compressor or heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years of operation, it will be replaced with a new NuTone unit.

“We are committed to providing our customers the best service delivery including dependable expertise as well as breadth and depth of available products. Offering NuTone Heating and Cooling Products reinforces this commitment,” said Jean Preston, chief operating officer for Noland.

Dave LaGrand, Nordyne CEO and president, views WinWholesale and Noland as ideal distribution partners for Nordyne. “We are extremely impressed with their people and capabilities and know they will do a terrific job in marketing the exciting line of NuTone heating and cooling products. There is a tremendous amount of consistency between WinWholesale’s goals and our goals, and I believe we share the same competitive and enterprising spirit that will help to ensure our mutual success.”

Contractors can learn more about NuTone Heating and Cooling Products at Noland branch locations or by visiting www.nutonehvac.com.
