ST. LOUIS - Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson, has announced the acquisition of Oaksmere Refrigeration Design and Consultancy Ltd., a leading provider in the United Kingdom of design, project management, and maintenance management for the supermarket retail industry.

With offices in Pontefract, Yorkshire, and Stowmarket, Suffolk, the company has customers throughout the United Kingdom, including Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, Waitrose, and Asda.
