SAN DIEGO - Energy Eye announced that its EYEPOWER™ Solution, an HVAC energy management system, has been selected as the winner of the “Editors’ Choice” Award at the 94th annual International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show® (IH/M&RS) in New York City. EYEPOWER was selected as the “Green Technology” award winner at the conference’s opening ceremonies.

Editors from leading hospitality trade publications reviewed nearly 100 submissions of cutting-edge new products, and selected winners based on innovative product design, how a product answers a particular industry need, creative use of material or construction, and development or use of a new technology.

According to Energy Eye, the EYEPOWER Solution provides savings of 15-35 percent on HVAC energy usage, delivering its results via the application of occupancy, door, and window sensors, plus thermostat control.
