ST. LOUIS - Emerson Climate Technologies Inc., a business of Emerson, and international compressor manufacturer Embraco, a business of Whirlpool, have announced the appointment of Emerson Climate Technologies as Embraco’s North American distributor.

According to the companies, this agreement leverages the strengths of each firm: Embraco’s technology complements Emerson Climate Technologies’ customer support system, application knowledge, and significant wholesale distribution network, currently consisting of over 950 Emerson wholesalers.
