CHICAGO - William L. Niehoff Jr., of Fresh Aire Test & Balance, Lemont, Ill., was installed as president of the Chicagoland Sheet Metal Contractors Association (CSMCA) at the association's Installation of Officers Dinner, held Nov. 10. Officers installed at the dinner include Jack Baer of Air Comfort Corp., Broadview, as vice president; and Patrick J. Ludvigsen, Air Dynamics Inc., Prospect Heights, as secretary-treasurer.

Along with Niehoff and Ludvigsen, John P. Harmon of Builders Heating Inc., Crestwood, was also installed for a three-year term on the CSMCA board of directors. John Delano of William J. Perkinson Co., Chicago, becomes the association's immediate past president.

They join current board members James Cesak of Tal-Mar Custom Metal, Crestwood; John Comforte of Climatemp Inc., Chicago; John C. Lindemulder of Amber Mechanical Contractors Inc., Alsip; David Osterman of Villa Mechanical Inc., Crestwood; and Michael Vinci of Advance Mechanical Systems Inc., Mt. Prospect.

The Chicagoland Sheet Metal Contractors Association includes contractors involved with heating, ventilating, air conditioning, architectural sheet metal work, pollution control, materials handling, roofing, testing and balancing, and retrofitting.
