ServiceMaster (Downers Grove, IL) reported first-quarter revenues of $1.3 billion, up 21% over the first quarter of 1999, reflecting growth from acquisitions and base operations. Operating income rose 20% to $95 million. Net income rose 10% to $39 million, with earnings per share increasing 8% over 1999 to $0.13.
